2. Enrollment and Payment

Course enrollment regulations:

• Course enrollment requires complete registration and payment
• Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, credit card, etc.
• Confirmation will be sent to the contact information you provided
• Course fees are based on the announcement at the time of enrollment

3. Course Changes

Course change regulations:

• Students must notify in advance for leave, make-up classes follow Center regulations
• The Center reserves the right to adjust course times due to force majeure
• Course content and instructors may be adjusted, the Center will maintain teaching quality

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the Ministry of Education's "Supplementary and Continuing Education Act":

• Refund before course start: full refund
• Within first third of course: 50% refund
• After first third of course: no refund
• If canceled by Center: full refund of remaining fees

5. Intellectual Property

Teaching materials, handouts, audio-visual materials and other content provided by the Center are protected by intellectual property rights. Students may not copy, distribute, modify or use for commercial purposes without authorization.

6. Student Conduct

Students should follow these guidelines:

• Respect teachers and other students
• Attend classes on time
• No food in classroom (water allowed)
• No unauthorized recording
• Keep classroom clean

7. Limitation of Liability

The Center is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The Center's maximum liability is limited to the course fees paid by the student.

8. Study Abroad Consulting

Study abroad consulting service regulations:

• Service content is based on the signed service contract
• School application results are decided by schools, admission not guaranteed
• Visa results are decided by government agencies, the Center assists with documentation

9. Amendments

The Center reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Modified terms will be posted on this website, and continued use of our services indicates your agreement to the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

The interpretation and application of these terms, and any disputes related to these terms, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Taichung District Court as the court of first instance.
